We are, however, obliged to provide this information to official bodies, such as Courts and the Police, should we be asked or required to, by law.
Before purchasing any of our services we require you to register with us and provide identification. This can be a government identity card, passport, driver’s license, or any other official identification document with a recent photo, as well as a proof of address, which could be a recent (issued in the past 3 months) bank statement or utility bill issued in your name and showing your permanent address.
Failure to make timely payments may result in account termination. If your monthly payment is overdue by more than 7 days, your account will be closed. Additionally, any important correspondence will be sent back to the sender and removed from our facilities. We will promptly inform Companies House and remove your business from our address records. Virtual Office
S-B-N Virtual office service is a service that allows businesses to have a physical address and office-related services without the need for a dedicated physical office space. It typically includes features like a mailing address, mail, daily mail alerts, use of address on Business Letter heads and Cards, Open & Scan, Mail Shredding, mail recycling.
The term of our Virtual Office contract is 6, 9 or 12 months, or 1 month if you subscribe on our website.
Upon signing up for virtual office services and fulfilling all requirements, you will receive a service agreement. Upon reading, signing, and returning it, you will be sent a starter pack containing your unit address and access to all benefits associated with our Virtual office services.
You are not permitted to use the address until the registration process is completed and the service agreement is read and signed. upon completed, a starter pack containing your assigned unit address will be provided.
It is very simple to renew your virtual office contract. Simply visit the virtual office section on your account page, click ‘renew’ and make the required payment. You can also opt to have your virtual office renewed automatically at the end of every rental period, by clicking the box next to ‘auto renewal’. Auto renewal will only be confirmed once the payment is affected.

Co-working space refers to the rental of a desk space, whilst sharing with others who work on individual desk spaces in the same office.

Once you activate your mail forwarding service, anything you receive in your mailbox will be forwarded to the address you provide. For mail forwarding you are required to give a valid physical address.

To keep your postage costs low, we will automatically filter out ‘obvious’ junk mail.
We can send mail to you as often as you require. We provide daily, weekly, or monthly postal service.
Mail is always bundled and re-enclosed into an outer envelope. We insist on this for added security.
